Jennifer Waite, Research Consultant

JennJenn’s education background honed her researching skills, and she puts them to good use for Linda. If Linda needs to know the stations of an obstacle course, or a client wants to become a Vegan, Jenn can help. She locates information, searches for healthy recipes, and finds answers that cater to the needs and wants of Linda’s clients.

Jennifer graduated from Shippensburg University with a Secondary Education degree and taught at a local Southern Chester County High School for seven years. She is not a fitness guru, did not grow up playing competitive sports, nor has she stayed committed to an exercise program. Despite this track record, Linda has inspired and encouraged her to change her ways!

Jenn has learned that she must schedule exercise into her busy day. She has joined forces with her husband to motivate each other and exercise together. She truly understands the challenge of finding a balance between doing what’s right for her body, and still getting the work of daily life done. Linda has provided her with the tools to make exercise a family affair which will benefit them for a lifetime!
